Global leadership coaching. (L07)


Program Purpose:

This program aims to address the challenges faced by leaders, team members, and expatriates operating globally. Through coaching-style discussions, participants will create action plans and receive additional necessary support in follow-up sessions. The program encourages idea sharing and allows for individual consultations in small groups.



Recommended Participants:

  • Seek to share a positive vision, values, and goals, contributing to the collaborative creation of a hybrid global corporate culture.

  • Aspire to achieve global growth alongside diverse leaders.


Learning Objectives:

  • Participants can identify clear issues and solutions through needs assessment.

  • Acquire skills applicable in the workplace through theoretical and practical exercises.

  • Learn stress reduction and confidence-building techniques based on research.

  • Improve problems solving skills through case studies and role-playing, fostering confidence in handling overseas assignments.


Language Requirements:

  • This program is delivered bilingually in both Japanese and English to accommodate a diverse range of participants.

  • Participants will learn effective communication methods with global colleagues who may feel isolated or face communication challenges. The program aims to prevent misunderstandings and compliance issues arising from culturally diverse working styles, deepening cultural understanding through specific case studies.

Webinar 2: Improving Global Workplace and Team Culture Through Coaching-Style Discussions

  • Through self-analysis, participants will enhance their workplaces to align with the company's strategy, systems, and values. Topics covered include understanding foreign labor cultures, boosting motivation, analyzing various issues, and learning management methods using coaching styles.
