Target audience

We recommend this program for global managers, expats, and project leaders in healthcare, engineering, R&D etc. who want these benefits:

Do you have any of the following problems?

I want to know the differences between Japanese and global work styles and planning

I want to improve the relationship with project members and realize more win-win growth

I want to work smoothly with members with different cultures

I want to work smoothly with members with different cultures

I would like to know a guidance method for members to share problems at an early stage and take action to prevent recurrence

I want teamwork that can flexibly respond to changes in project content

There are many ways to improve your Japan-global project management knowledge…

Project Management Professional (PMP) Global Training
PMP skills are useful, but they may not work smoothly in Japan. In Japan, there are many requests from customers, flexibility in contracts is sometimes expected, and there are delays in decision-making due to the unanimous system.

Japanese project management training
Japan-led PDCA-type project training that focuses on customer satisfaction and improvement is effective for all Japanese teams, but it may not work globally due to differences in motivation. Success requires finding new avenues, such as rapid decision-making and strong individual role roles.

Cross-Cultural and Language Training

Global projects do not proceed smoothly just by improving their English skills and meeting management skills. We need to change mindsets, identify gaps, and create a compelling common team culture that combines the diverse strengths of global and Japanese members.

But project management  knowledge is not enough. You need to transform your mindset and behaviors… and you need a plan.

Learn the necessary mindsets and skills and then have a chance to practice them in a realistic Japan-global business setting

An efficient mix of elearning, community discussion, interactive lecture, personal coaching and action-learning practice.

Come out of the program with not only the right skills, but a concrete action plan you can implement at work.
