IMPORTANT; Please schedule appointments at least 3 hours in the future, otherwise the coach might not see your request in time to join your meeting. Our bilingual coach, Jon, will help you set your goals for your intercultural business skills development. Please feel free to ask any questions, and we can also suggest learning options if you're interested. Don't worry - we won’t be "selling" you anything. During the online counseling session, we will ask you about your current work situation, your goals, your strengths, and what challenges /issues you want to overcome, and what kind of person you want to be in the future. We will then discuss what skills and mindset you need to be successful in global business - within a Japanese company. During the 20-30 minute session, we will use a "mind map" and coaching style to help your organize your ideas. At the end of the session you will receive an Individual Learning Journey guide, which includes recommendations on how to use various learning options to build your skills for your transformation.
