Speakers
Makiko is a Japanese psychologist. She will share insights from her personal experience and cultural psychology—on how to communicate successfully across cultures and grow together. She'll touch on respect, openness, clear communication, and the importance of staying curious and using humor.
Isabelle is a French HR Project Leader currently living in Japan. She will explain some of the cultural differences between France and Japan and share her experience.
