Objective: Develop leadership skills by creating strategic solutions for supporting Japanese companies in their global expansion efforts. Join our multicultural team of over ten nationalities for a month-long global mini-internship focused on supporting foreign leaders through intercultural training. Work with the Sales and Content departments to tackle the challenge of increasing demand by developing strategies to support Japanese companies. After reviewing the background, attend the Kick-off meeting, where tasks will be discussed. Collaborate with a global team member to plan a sales strategy for Japanese companies. Progress is checked through email and Zoom, and results are presented in the final Review meeting with feedback provided.

Program Purpose
Practice intercultural communication for innovation, collaboration or project management in a real "global business " situation with friendly colleagues in psychologically safe environment. We will value your experiences and insights as a business person in Japan and as a learner in our online school.Improve your diverse teamwork and leadership skills in a bilingual environment, via real business conversations with Japanese and non-Japanese business people.Get positive feedback about your contributions, strengths and points to improve (including learning recommendations) which will build your confidence and future global business skills.

Join an online discussion with our international team in which you report the results of your team or individual tasks, which may have including doing some research, creating an analysis, brainstorming and writing a proposal or producing a report. After this you can discuss your experience and insights from the one month internship, and receive some feedback on your performance, especially focusing on your strengths and the value you have created.
